Pembroke Lodge is set in the heart of Richmond Park. Richmond Park is the largest park in London.

There is a large car park available. Cars can also be left overnight. However, if you are driving you should leave extra time, as the car park is open to the general public and can get very busy.
All gates to Richmond Park will be closed at dusk. The only access and exit point after dusk will be Richmond Gate on the Star and Garter roundabout, where a gate man will be stationed. Here is a map detailing the layout of the park.
Taxis should be booked in advance and taxi companies MUST be informed that the only entrance to the Park after dark is via Richmond gate — Cars should drive up to the left hand gate and the gateman will let them in.
